The ADCMP600, ADCMP601, and ADCMP602 are very fast comparators fabricated on XFCB2, an Analog Devices, Inc. proprietary process. These comparators are exceptionally versatile and easy to use. Features include an input range from GND − 0.5 V to VCC + 0.2 V, low noise, TTL-/CMOS-compatible output drivers, and latch inputs with adjustable hysteresis and/or shutdown inputs.

The device offers 5 ns propagation delay with 10 mV overdrive on 3 mA typical supply current.

A flexible power supply scheme allows the devices to operate with a single +2.5 V positive supply and a −0.5 V to +2.8 V input signal range up to a +5.5 V positive supply with a −0.5 V to +5.8 V input signal range. Split input/output supplies with no sequencing restrictions on the ADCMP602 support a wide input signal range while still allowing independent output swing control and power savings.

The TTL-/CMOS-compatible output stage is designed to drive up to 5 pF with full timing specs and to degrade in a graceful and linear fashion as additional capacitance is added. The comparator input stage offers robust protection against large input overdrive, and the outputs do not phase reverse when the

valid input signal range is exceeded. Latch and programmable hysteresis features are also provided with a unique single-pin control option.

The ADA4841-1/ADA4841-2 are unity gain stable, low noise and distortion, rail-to-rail output amplifiers that have a quiescent current of 1.5 mA maximum. In spite of their low power consumption, these amplifiers offer low wideband voltage noise performance of 2.1 nV/√Hz and 1.4 pA/√Hz current noise, along with excellent spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) of −105 dBc at 100 kHz. To maintain a low noise environment at lower frequencies, the amplifiers have low 1/f noise of 7 nV/√Hz and 13 pA/√Hz at 10 Hz.

The ADA4841-1 output can swing to less than 50 mV of either rail. The input common-mode voltage range extends down to the negative supply. The ADA4841-1 can drive up to 10 pF of capacitive load with minimal peaking.

The ADA4841-1/ADA4841-2 provide the performance required to efficiently support emerging 16-bit to 18-bit ADCs and are ideal for portable instrumentation, high channel count, industrial measurement, and medical applications. The ADA4841-1 is ideally suited to drive the AD7685/AD7686, 16-bit PulSAR ADCs.

The ADA4841-1 packages feature RoHS compliant lead finishes. The amplifiers are rated to work over the industrial temperature range (−40°C to +125°C).

The ADuC845 is single-cycle, 12.58 MIPs, 8052 core upgrades to the ADuC834 and ADuC836. They include additional analog inputs for applications requiring more ADC channels.

The ADuC845, ADuC847, and ADuC848 are complete smart transducer front ends. The family integrates high-resolution Σ-Δ ADCs with flexible, up to 10-channel, input multiplexing, a fast 8-bit MCU, and program and data Flash/EE memory on a single chip.

The ADuC845 includes two (primary and auxiliary) 24-bit Σ-Δ ADCs with internal buffering and PGA on the primary ADC.

The ADuC847 includes the same primary ADC as the ADuC845 (auxiliary ADC removed). The ADuC848 is a 16-bit ADC version of the ADuC847.

The ADCs incorporate flexible input multiplexing, a temperature sensor (ADuC845 only), and a PGA (primary ADC only) allowing direct measurement of low-level signals. The ADCs include on-chip digital filtering and programmable output data rates that are intended for measuring wide dynamic range and low frequency signals, such as those in weigh scale, strain gage, pressure transducer, or temperature measurement applications.

The devices operate from a 32 kHz crystal with an on-chip PLL generating a high frequency clock of 12.58 MHz. This clock is routed through a programmable clock divider from which the MCU core clock operating frequency is generated. The microcontroller core is an optimized single-cycle 8052 offering up to 12.58 MIPs performance while maintaining 8051 instruction set compatibility.

The available nonvolatile Flash/EE program memory options are 62 kbytes, 32 kbytes, and 8 kbytes. 4 kbytes of nonvolatile Flash/EE data memory and 2304 bytes of data RAM are also provided on-chip. The program memory can be configured as data memory to give up to 60 kbytes of NV data memory in data logging applications.

On-chip factory firmware supports in-circuit serial download and debug modes (via UART), as well as single-pin emulation mode via the EA pin. The ADuC845, ADuC847, and ADuC848 are supported by the QuickStart™ development system featuring low cost software and hardware development tools.

The ADUM1201ARZ-RL7 is dual-channel digital isolators based on the Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology.

Combining high speed CMOS and monolithic transformer technologies, these isolation components provide outstanding performance characteristics superior to alternatives, such as optocouplers.

By avoiding the use of LEDs and photodiodes, iCoupler devices remove the design difficulties commonly associated with optocouplers.

The typical optocoupler concerns regarding uncertain current transfer ratios, nonlinear transfer functions, and temperature and lifetime effects are eliminated with the simple iCoupler digital interfaces and stable performance characteristics. The need for external drivers and other discrete components is eliminated with these iCoupler products. Furthermore, iCoupler devices consume one-tenth to one-sixth of the power of optocouplers at comparable signal data rates.

The isolator provide two independent isolation channels in various channel configurations and data rates. Both devices operate with the supply voltage on either side ranging from 2.7 V to 5.5 V, providing compatibility with lower voltage systems and enabling voltage translation functionality across the isolation barrier. In addition, the ADUM1201ARZ-RL7 provide low pulse width distortion (<3 ns for CR grade) and tight channel-to-channel matching (<3 ns for CR grade). Unlike other optocoupler alternatives, the isolator have a patented refresh feature that ensures dc correctness without input logic transitions and during power-up/power-down conditions.

The ADUM1201ARZ-RL7 is automotive-grade versions qualified for 125°C operation.
