The STM32F103RCT6 is a microcontroller of the ARM Cortex-M3 family. It is based on the ARM Cortex-M3 core and features high-end embedded Flash memory, up to 512Kb Flash memory, 128Kb SRAM, an enhanced 8051 core with up to 24-bit addressing, and a Host interface for programming.

Its peripherals include serial communication interfaces (SPI, USART, I2C, CANbus), a 10/100 Ethernet MAC, an audio CODEC, high-speed data converters, two advanced 96-bit wide timers, an advanced 12-bit 8-channel AD converter, RTC and Watchdog.
